Transporting Pipeline definition

Transporting Pipeline or “Interconnecting Pipeline” means any interstate or intrastate pipeline delivering transportation Gas to the Primary Receipt Points(s) or taking Gas from the Primary Delivery Points(s) or Secondary Delivery Point(s). A Transporting Pipeline may include facilities owned by the Company, an affiliate of the Company, or an unaffiliated entity.
Transporting Pipeline means any third party pipeline system on which Transporter holds firm transportation rights and which it has authorization to treat as an extension of Transporter's system for the purpose of providing transportation service. (The only pipeline that currently meets this definition is Southern Natural Gas Company.)
Transporting Pipeline means any pipeline delivering transportation gas to the Receipt Point(s) or taking gas from the Delivery Point(s) specified in the Service Agreement. The transporting pipeline may include facilities owned by Transporter, an affiliate of Transporter, or a third party.

  • The Company will attempt to confirm the nominated volume with the Transporting Pipeline.

  • In the event of a discrepancy between the volume nominated to the Company by the Supplier and the volume nominated by the Supplier to the Transporting Pipeline, the lower volume will be deemed confirmed.

  • Nominations will be conditionally accepted by the Company pending confirmation by the Transporting Pipeline.

Transporting Pipeline means the pipeline that (a) delivers Working Gas to the Receipt Point(s) for injection into the Storage Facility for storage and/or (b) accepts Working Gas withdrawn from the Storage Facility at the Delivery Point(s), in accordance with this Agreement.
