Transported utilized," "disposed," "managed," "released" and "threat of release" (and all conjugates thereof) shall have the meanings and definitions set forth in the Environmental Laws.
Transported means while the UAS and/or the Airborne Equipment is being moved from one place to another other than by Flight/Flying as defined.

Section 1251, ET SEQ.; and other federal, state and local laws of similar import or any other substances having similar effects defined or designated in any regulations adopted and publications promulgated pursuant to any of those laws as they may have been amended from time to time on or before the date of this Agreement (collectively, "Environmental Laws").
