Transportation Laws definition

Transportation Laws has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.
Transportation Laws means any and all federal statutes and regulations governing the transportation of hazardous materials by truck, rail, water or air, including but not limited to 49 U.S.C. 5101 et seq.
Transportation Laws means any applicable law to which operators and owners of vehicles, employer of vehicle operators, and transportation service providers are required to adhere.
