Transportation Dockets definition

Transportation Dockets means the patents and patent applications listed on Exhibit J-1 together with all foreign counterparts and continuation applications of all types, including reissuances, restorations, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, revisions, extensions and re-examinations thereof, and all rights therein provided by international treaties or conventions.
