Transportation Data definition

Transportation Data means the freight, driver, location, audiovisual, load movement, and other transportation management system and telematics data collected by or provided to us, or input by you or on your behalf, through your use of our Products, our service-based or licensed Software, and/or our Services, which may include but is not limited to data specific to your shipper customers (and, with respect to Products, data generated by, collected by and/or transmitted through Products installed in your vehicles).

  • We agree that as between you and us, you will own your Transportation Data.

  • We will be entitled to disclose Transportation Data if required pursuant to judicial, governmental or administrative process, requirement, order or disclosure demand.
