Transport Factor definition

Transport Factor shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Clause 3.5.2(i)(ii) of Scheme document. It is integer multiple of 4000 TPA for Rail mode & minimum 100 TPA for Road mode.
Transport Factor means the fraction of a discharged nitrogen or phosphorus load that is delivered from the discharge point to Jordan Reservoir, as determined in an approved TMDL.
Transport Factor means the fraction of the TN from a NPDES Permit discharge location that is predicted to reach the Neuse Estuary, as determined by the Division.
