Transparent Account definition
Transparent Account means the Client’s Current Account where the Bank displays and makes available to third parties, free of charge, remotely and continuously, an overview of payment transactions in the scope of data on the amount, date of posting, name and surname or name of the payer and beneficiary, text of the accounting entry and variable symbol. The provisions of the Business Terms and Conditions on the Current Account shall apply to the Transparent Account, unless otherwise specified in the Business Terms and Conditions or in the Contract for the Transparent Account.
