Transource definition

Transource means Transource Energy, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Transource has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

  • The Company may not charge Transource for any monetary fine or penalty assessed against the Company arising from the performance of the Services unless the monetary fine or penalty is caused by the gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud of Transource or a Provider, in which case, as between the Parties, Transource shall be responsible for such fine or penalty.
