The parties hereby agree that Seller shall be fully responsible for all scheduled payments under the POS Credit Debt (as defined below) and shall be fully responsible for all obligations under the Transmedia Contracts (as defined below).
IT Contracts means any agreements, licences or other contractual arrangements with third parties relating to the IT Systems or IT Services, including licences of all software, leases of hardware and other procurement of IT Systems or IT Services;
Existing Contracts means the existing licenses and contracts given by the Railway Administration / Authority, in relation to commercial establishments, as existing on Station Development Land, as on the date of the Agreement, and as further set out in the Schedules, which shall, for avoidance of doubt, exclude any licenses and/ or contracts in relation to any Excluded Activities and/or Railway Operational Activities;
Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii)(A).
SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
Contracts Finder means the Government’s publishing portal for public sector procurement opportunities;
