Translation Fee definition

Translation Fee is an amount that Rights Holder optionally sets for each language, and that Translator will receive in any case, even if any copy of Translated Book will be sold. This fee will be paid simply by purchasing, on the online library made available in the portal, a "Golden Copy" of translated book and that is, a special copy of the Book that the price will be equivalent to Translation Fee plus costs (indicated in Appendix A “Costs Fee”) Tektime incurred supporting a Translation Fee. Translation Fee will be considered as if it would be a sales revenue for Translated Book and will be accounted in royalty division. Rights Holder does not participate in division of this amount.
