Transitional Charges definition
Transitional Charges means future charges which may become liable to the customer due an increase in ‘Pass Through’ costs to D-ENERGi.
Transitional Charges the meaning given in Section 7.3.1; "Transitional Charging Period" the period from the Effective Date until the Go Live Date; "TUPE Regulations" the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI2006/246) as amended, re-enacted or extended from time to time; "Unit" any distinct part of any Eligible Premises which is capable of separate occupation by a tenant or other occupier; "Unit Rate" the particular rate that is applicable to a particular Band, as set out in the Wholesale Charges Scheme;
