Transitional Arrangement definition

Transitional Arrangement means, if you are a Transitional Customer, your written agreement with us setting out the process by which we have agreed for the transitional: a) sale by you (and purchase by us) of certain Customer Yorks or Customer ALPS previously used to hand over mail to us under the terms of Part 2 of Schedule 6 (Container Options) (as applicable); and b) leasing by us of an equivalent number of Royal Mail Yorks under Part 4 of Schedule 6 (Container Options) to replace those purchased Customer Yorks or Customer ALPS; Transitional Customer means a customer who has entered into a Transitional Arrangement with us; Transitional Yorks means, if you are a Transitional Customer, those Royal Mail Yorks that are to be leased to you pursuant to Part 4 of Schedule 6 (Container Options) in replacement of the Sold Yorks, as identified in your Transitional Arrangement; Trays means trays that we own and lend to you in line with the terms of Part 1 of Schedule 6 (Container Options), including any Excess Trays;
Transitional Arrangement means an arrangement during which the FMOPA continues to apply to the United Kingdom;
Transitional Arrangement means, if you are a Transitional Customer, your written agreement with us setting out the process by which we have agreed for the transitional: a) sale by you (and purchase by us) of certain Customer Yorks previously used to hand over mail to us under the terms of Part 2 of Schedule 6 (Container Options) (as applicable); and b) leasing by us of an equivalent number of Royal Mail Yorks under Part 4 of Schedule 6 (Container Options) to replace those purchased Customer Yorks;

  • The Steering Committee (as defined in the Transitional Services Agreement) shall monitor the progress of Licensee in ceasing use of the Licensed Marks by Licensee pursuant to the time periods for each media set forth in Exhibit D hereto, as if each media of use in Exhibit D were a Transitional Arrangement (as defined in the Transitional Services Agreement).
