Transitional definition

Transitional means temporary in nature, not permanent.
Transitional. ’ qualification means qualification completed by October 28, 2002, of individuals who have been performing a covered task on a regular basis prior to the effective date of the rule.
Transitional retiree health insurance benefits shall be made available to eligible bargaining unit members eligible for either H.1. or H.2. above.
