Transition Work definition

Transition Work means any uninstallation or other decommissioning work that may be required from ROL upon discontinuation of a Services Package, or upon termination of this Agreement, such work being agreed between the Parties in a Site Set-Up Proposal.
Transition Work has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 1 to this DBA.
Transition Work as inserted into the agreement within Amendment 4, and substituting in lieu thereof the following “Transition Work” paragraph:

Examples of Transition Work in a sentence

  • While an employee is participating in the Transition Work Program, the employee is prohibited from participating in any outside employment, volunteer activities or activities comparable to those a health care provider has restricted the employee from performing in the workplace.

  • On and from the Commencement Date until the end of the Term, Supplier shall provide, or as prime contractor shall procure the provision of, the Principal Services (other than the Transition Work and the Transformation Work) to Customer and all other Service Recipients in accordance with, and subject to the terms of, this Agreement.

  • Aquatech-GSS Engineering during the Interim Operations Period will be fully responsible of all aspects of the Transition Work.

  • Any changes to this Exhibit or an agreed upon Transition Work Order resulting therefrom shall be made by written amendment executed by both parties acknowledging acceptance of the changes.

  • The Transition Work Plan will anticipate and address employee transition issues, communication issues, technology transition issues, data and security requirements, third party consents which are required in connection with the commencement of Services consistent with the Exhibits to this Services Agreement, and to the extent any Exhibits are not completed as of the Effective Date the finalization of such Exhibits will be part of the Transition Work Plan.

  • The Transition Work Plan will include a schedule of leadership and communication initiatives with IMH approval.

  • The Transition Work Plan will include identification of resources required and available to execute the Transition Plan and implementation and commencement of Services.

Related to Transition Work

  • demolition work means a method to dismantle, wreck, break, pull down or knock down of a structure or part thereof by way of manual labour, machinery, or the use of explosives;

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.

  • Transition training means written and verbal instructions

  • Transition Services means a coordinated set of activities for a child with a disability that:

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.
