An Interconnection Customer that does not meet the Transition Procedure requirements shall be deemed withdrawn pursuant to the Transition Procedures set forth in this section and then may submit a new Interconnection Request to be studied under the Definitive Interconnection Study Process.
An Interconnection Customer electing to complete the study process under the Section 1.10 Transition Procedures must notify the Utility and meet all Transitional readiness milestone requirements within 60 Calendar Days of the later of the Effective Date of the Revised Standard or delivery of written notice of the Utility’s transition to the Definitive Interconnection Study Process provided by the Utility.
Upon receiving any such notice, Supplier shall, subject to the foregoing proviso, (a) terminate performance in accordance with the terms specified in such notice and (b) cooperate with Customer in accordance with any Transition Procedures related to the Services being terminated to assure that performance of such Services may be continued by Customer (or its designee) without adverse disruption to the Business.
Any such Transition Procedures shall account for Customer's continuing obligation under Section 2.6.3 to provide timely and accurate data to Supplier.
The Utility shall maintain such adequate records of all costs incurred in its operation and the delivery of the Services as may be required by, or may be reasonably necessary to satisfy the requirements of, the Alberta Utilities Commission for the purposes of establishing costs of service and all rates and charges to be imposed by the Utility, and as is required in connection for purposes of Schedule E-2 (Transfer and Transition Procedures).
If such notice is given, then not less than two (2) months prior to the expiration of the term of the Agreement, the parties shall provide notice that the Agreement will be extended, or provide notice that the Agreement will not be extended and that Section 13, "Transition Procedures," of the Agreement is effective.
All written Transition Procedures agreed to in writing by the parties hereto shall be deemed to be amendments to this Agreement, to be considered a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein.
In connection with such turnover, Landlord and Tenant agree that the Casino Transition Procedures shall apply to the turnover at the expiration or termination of this Lease.
Services referred to in this Schedule 1 must continue to be provided while the services in Schedule 5 (Transition Procedures) are being provided.
