Transition Information definition

Transition Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(e).
Transition Information means network information (e.g., circuit ID), identity of the current network service providers (e.g., loop and switch providers), and identity of other providers of services (e.g., E-911 provider, directory service provider) associated with a customer’s telecommunications service.
Transition Information has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 hereof.

Examples of Transition Information in a sentence

  • It will not be a violation of this Agreement for the Company to disclose Confidential Transition Information to its directors, officers, employees or agents in the course of performing their responsibilities for the Company, or as otherwise necessary for legitimate business purposes.

Related to Transition Information

  • Location information means information concerning the location of an electronic device that, in whole or in part, is generated or derived from or obtained by the operation of an electronic device on a cellular telephone network or a location information service rather than obtained from a service provider.

  • Transaction Information means any information provided to any Rating Agency, in each case, to the extent related to such Rating Agency providing or proposing to provide a rating of any Notes or monitoring such rating including, without limitation, information in connection with the Borrower, the Originator, the Servicer or the Receivables.

  • Supplier's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, Know-How, personnel and suppliers of the Supplier, including IPRs, together with information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential;

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information disclosed (whether disclosed in writing, orally or otherwise) by the Customer to the Company that is marked as “confidential”, described as “confidential” or should have been understood by the Company at the time of disclosure to be confidential;
