Transition Forms has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(d)
Examples of Transition Forms in a sentence
No later than five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, Buyer will deliver to Seller a schedule (the “Transitioned Customer Schedule”) setting forth the name and applicable Lease Agreement (including the number and date of such Lease Agreement) of each Water Heater Customer that has signed the Transition Forms and provided Buyer the information requested by such Transition Form (such Water Heater Customers, the “Fully Transitioned Customers”).
