Transit Zone definition

Transit Zone or "Zone" means the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Zone created and described in Section 3 as well as any additional area that may be added pursuant to Section 83(a) of this Compact; and
Transit Zone means any portion of a street, sidewalk, or other area intended for use of transit vehicles or patrons, including bus stops, shelters, passenger waiting areas, and bus layover and staging zones.
Transit Zone means an on-street segment adjacent to the curb designated for an AC Transit bus stop, UC Berkeley bus stop, a paratransit bus stop, BART entrance, or another public transit provider.
