Transit Plan definition

Transit Plan means a plan which sets out measures to be taken to avoid or reduce the impact of vessel movement on the local fishing industry and to promote a sustainable coexistence. It will include indicative transit routes for vessels operating in and around the Works and transiting to the site from relevant ports;
Transit Plan means the plan adopted by the Authority in accordance with Title 1533.2, Chapter 3368 of the Code of Virginia for the development and provision of the System.
Transit Plan or “Multi-Year Vision Plan,” shall mean the comprehensive multi-year vision plan for transit operating and capital needs over a period of time of at least 4 years, through coordination with the DCHC MPO Metropolitan Transportation Plan adoption process and shall also be prepared by the SWG for approval by appropriate governing boards, which shall include all the separate components of:

Examples of Transit Plan in a sentence

  • A Short Range Transit Plan (SRTP) for the Chapel Hill Transit service area affected by the Carolina North Project shall be prepared by the Town and updated in response to the results of each TIA update, commencing with the December 2009 TIA update.

  • No Party by virtue of execution of this Participation Agreement has the right to expand, abridge, limit or constrain the authority or actions of (1) GoTriangle and CAMPO or the TPAC created by the Governance ▇▇▇ with respect to the administration of the Wake County Transit Plan; or (2) any other Party, except as specifically agreed to herein.
