Transit Pipeline definition

Transit Pipeline means a pipeline or any part thereof, including pipe, valves and other appurtenances attached to pipe, compressor or pumping units, metering stations, regulator stations, delivery stations, loading and unloading facilities, storage facilities, tanks, fabricated assemblies, reservoirs, racks, and all real and personal property and works connected therewith, used for the transmission of hydrocarbons in transit. “Transit Pipeline” shall not include any portion of a pipeline system not used for the transmission of hydrocarbons in transit.
