Transit Fees definition

Transit Fees are defined in Section 7.7.
Transit Fees means any fees imposed by a Network Operator or Third Party for the delivery of any Message.
Transit Fees means any fees imposed by a Peering Intermediary for the transmission by such Peering Intermediary of any MO Message. "+1 Zone" means the United States and all other countries or territories within the North American Numbering Plan, excluding the Dominican Republic.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other provision hereof to the contrary, (a) Lessee shall not be required to pay any Transit Fees for programs that do not serve the Premises, and (B) in the event Lessee is operating its own commuter transit service (such as, but not limited to, a shuttle bus or van service), Lessee shall not be obligated to pay any Transit Fees so long as such service is in effect.

  • Transit Fees shall be paid by Tenant in the manner described above for the payment of Insurance Costs.

  • In the event Lessor determines in its reasonable discretion that any Lessee transit program then being provided is not comparable to Lessor’s then-existing program, Lessor shall have the right to require Lessee to pay Transit Fees as provided above.

  • Lessee’s share of Transit Fees shall be assessed pro rata and on a non- discriminatory basis, based on a reasonable standard applied in a non-discriminatory manner by Lessor (for example, based on the rentable area of the Improvements as compared to the total rentable area of the Stanford Research Park, or based on the average employee headcount in the Premises as compared to the overall employee density of the Stanford Research Park).

  • The International Transit Fees are for an international circuit from AOL in Virginia - USA, terminating in one of EMBRATEL's operations buildings in Sao Paulo - Brazil.

Transit Fees is defined in Section 7.2(m).
Transit Fees means any fees imposed by a Network Operator or Third Party for the delivery of any Message. “Unsolicited Traffic” is defined as Messages which are sent on an unsolicited basis to end user receivers and which contain content embedded in the sender field or linked or attached in any way and which is relating to marketing information or other commercial or non-commercial information (so called Spam) that has not been requested by the end user receiver.

  • Audit fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the fiscal years listed for professional services rendered by our principal auditors for the audit of our annual financial statements.
