Examples of Transit Fee in a sentence

  • Packing, inventory, and consolidation services are not included in the Transit Fee.

  • For the initial annual term of this Agreement, and for each annual transit period thereafter, the Annual Transit Fee shall be due and payable pursuant to the terms of WSMC's invoice.

  • Each Covered Vessel will be invoiced the appropriate transit fee(s) for each transit in the WSMC Area of Coverage by an individual vessel (or internal vessel transit) as determined by WSMC's Transit Fee Schedule.

  • Each WSMC Covered Vessel in the WSMC Area of Coverage will be charged at least one Transit Fee per annual enrollment period.

  • Packing, inventory, and consolidation services are not included in the Domaine Transit Fee.

  • Owner will prepay the nonrefundable Transit Fee to MCCS prior to locating vessel in the assigned transit mooring space.

  • Further, if at any time a Network Operator or other Third-Party changes the Transit Fee on phone numbers then (i) Company shall pass through such fees to Customer at cost, (ii) Company shall promptly notify Customer of any such change to Transit Fees following Company’s receipt of such change, and (iii) Customer will have the right to terminate the Messaging Service at any time within ninety (90) days following receipt of such notice of Transit Fee change.

  • Students enrolled in these Courses will pay all other applicable fees (i.e Universal Transit Fee, or other fees etc.).

  • Developer shall pay a Transit Impact Development Fee ("Transit Fee") for use and allocation as described in the Community Benefits Schedule, Exhibit D to the Agreement.
