Transit Calls definition

Transit Calls or "Intermediary Function" means intraLATA calls (local and toll) sent between the Parties originating from or terminating to an end user of a third-party LEC, CLEC, wireless provider, or other carrier or calls sent between the Parties destined for or originating from an LYC.

Transit Calls refers to all Local and IntraLATA Toll calls that originate from or terminate to customers of a Party that are terminated to or originated by a third party LEC, CLEC or CMRS and use transit services provided by the other Party. Transit Traffic does not include traffic originating from or terminating to AT&T customers utilizing Resale Services.

Examples of Transit Calls in a sentence

  • Nature of Address and Calling Line Identification (CLI) for Network and presentation purposes shall be made available for all Transit Calls delivered to the Access Provider’s Network.
