Transit Call definition

Transit Call means a Call, comprising the minimum service features necessary to support a speech path through the Operator's System, handed over from the KCH System to the Operator's System destined for a Third Party Operator's System, being a Call available for the conveyance of Messages;
Transit Call means a Call originating on one System and destined for another System which is not handed over directly to such System but is conveyed to it via a network operated by a third party;
Transit Call means, in respect of a Cruise Vessel, a voyage to the Liverpool Landing Stages where no passengers disembark from that vessel without, on the same voyage to the Liverpool Landing Stages, returning to it and where no passengers embark that vessel unless having previously disembarked from that vessel on the same voyage to the Liverpool Landing Stages;
