Transit agent definition

Transit agent means a peace officer, a community service officer, or a person who is authorized by the transit provider to issue administrative citations as provided in this section.

Related to Transit agent

  • Warrant Agent means the Transfer Agent and any successor warrant agent of the Company.

  • Deposit Agreement means this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Rights Agent means the Rights Agent named in the first paragraph of this Agreement, until a successor Rights Agent shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Agreement, and thereafter “Rights Agent” shall mean such successor Rights Agent.

  • Co-Rights Agents shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Subsection 4.1(a);

  • Subscription Receipt Agent means Computershare Trust Company of Canada;
