TRANSFEROR AMOUNTS definition
TRANSFEROR AMOUNTS means, with respect to any Distribution Date, amounts available for distribution to the Transferor in respect of the Transferor Distributable Amount for such Distribution Date that are instead distributed pursuant to Section 3.03(e) because of an insufficiency in the amount of Interest Collections available to make such distributions on such Distribution Date (as determined pursuant to Section 3.03(e)).
TRANSFEROR AMOUNTS means, with respect to any Monthly Allocation Date, amounts available for distribution to the Transferor for such Monthly Allocation Date pursuant to Section 3.01(d)(xiv) and under the heading "Transferors; Transferor Amounts" in Section 301(d) of the 1998-B Securitization Trust Agreement.
TRANSFEROR AMOUNTS means, with respect to any Monthly Allocation Date, amounts available for distribution to the Transferor in respect of the Transferor Distributable Amount for such Monthly Allocation Date that are instead distributed pursuant to Section 3.01(e) of the 1997-A Securitization Trust Agreement because of an insufficiency in the amount of Available Interest and the Reserve Fund Withdrawal Amount available to make such distributions on such Monthly Allocation Date (as determined pursuant to Section 3.01(e) of the 1997-A Securitization Trust Agreement).
