Transferable Licenses definition

Transferable Licenses means the Licenses that may be transferred or assigned by Seller to Buyer without the payment of consideration or the assumption of additional liability by Seller.
Transferable Licenses means all rights and interest in and to all licenses, permits and approvals issued to the Vendor by any Governmental Agency which are transferable, with or without the consent of such Governmental Agency; and
