Examples of Transferable Equipment in a sentence

  • If the parties do not agree on the fair market value or fair market lease value of the Transferable Equipment within thirty (30) days of Licensee's exercise of its option, the fair market value shall be submitted to Baseball Arbitration pursuant to PARAGRAPH 14.

  • Covered Equipment means, unless otherwise specified in a Schedule, Covered Property:
