Transfer, Transferred or Transferring means any actual, attempted, proposed or purported sale, assignment, conveyance, transfer, gift, exchange, mortgage, pledge, encumbrance (including, but not limited to, liens of any kind), hypothecation or grant of a security interest in or other disposition of an Owner’s Ownership Interest, whether voluntary or involuntary.
