Transfer Request Form definition

Transfer Request Form means the form used by the Bank from time to time and displayed on the Web Site for use by a the Client to request any transfer or withdrawal of funds from an Account or between Accounts and shall include, but not be limited to, inter-Account transfers, withdrawal requests, wire transfer requests, standing orders, foreign exchange purchase/sale, transfers into any-Invest Account or investment vehicle, etc.
Transfer Request Form means a Transfer of the VimpelCom ADSs, in the form attached hereto as Annex B, executed by L1T in favor of the Foundation;

More Definitions of Transfer Request Form

Transfer Request Form means the request made by a sending agency to a receiving agency when an offender's supervision is being transferred.
