Transfer Memorandum definition

Transfer Memorandum means a memorandum specifying the applicable procedures for the transfers of funds from the Trust Fund by the Trustee to other units of IBRD for each of: (i) the Secretariat Work Program and Budget; and (ii) Activities for which IBRD is acting as Supervising Entity or Implementer;
