Transfer Inspection definition

Transfer Inspection means the inspection of the condition of the Leased Premises which shall be performed by CLT or its designated representative prior to any transfer, sale or other disposition of the Residential Unit and shall provide an assessment of the wear and tear on a Residential Unit, in accordance with the procedures more particularly set forth in Exhibit H: Transfer Inspection.

Examples of Transfer Inspection in a sentence

  • The purpose of the Transfer Inspection is to account for the variations in the physical condition of the Residential Unit when the Residential Unit is proposed for transfer, sale, or other disposition.

  • In the event the Lessee desires to transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of the Residential Unit and terminate its interest in the Leased Land, the Lessee shall promptly provide written notice to CLT (the “Intent to Sell Notice”), and shall thereafter participate in the Transfer Inspection.
