Transfer Facilities definition

Transfer Facilities means coal loading facilities which form part of the Private Infrastructure and any alterations, additions and replacements of such facilities made by the Owner from time to time; and
Transfer Facilities means in the case of an FOB delivery, Seller's Facilities, and in the case of an Ex-Ship delivery, Buyer's Facilities.
Transfer Facilities means the permitted area of the Central Materials Processing Facility owned and operated by St. Peters at 131 Ecology Drive, St. Peters, Missouri.

  • Following receipt of a Connection Notice, Antero Water shall cause the necessary facilities to be constructed to connect the Fresh Water System to such Well Pads and to deliver and install at such Well Pads the necessary High-Rate Transfer Facilities, such that the Fresh Water Services can be commenced when hydraulic fracturing operations are ready to be commenced at such Well Pad.

  • Antero Water shall ensure that all such High-Rate Transfer Facilities remain on the Well Pad or on such site and be available to perform the High-Rate Transfer Services at all times during which Producer has notified Antero Water in accordance with Section 10.2 that hydraulic fracturing operations will be carried out on such Well Pad until such time as Producer has advised Antero Water that all hydraulic fracturing operations have been completed on all Planned ▇▇▇▇▇ at such Well Pad.

  • Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, Antero Water shall construct and operate the Fresh Water System in a manner so as to permit Fresh Water to be made available at the points of interconnection to the High-Rate Transfer Facilities at the rates of flow required by Section 3.1(c) and shall install and operate the High-Rate Transfer Facilities in a manner so as to make Fresh Water available at the Fresh Water Delivery Points at the applicable Fresh Water Delivery Rates.

  • Service Provider shall install, own, operate, and maintain Measurement Facilities to measure the volumes of Fresh Water made available on each Day at each Fresh Water Measurement Point and the volumes of Produced Water delivered by truck on each Day at each Produced Water Measurement Point for mixing with Fresh Water in the High-Rate Transfer Facilities.

  • Antero Water shall have the right to remove and re-install or re-erect such High Rate Transfer Facilities from time to time as long as no delay or disruption in Producer’s hydraulic fracturing operations results therefrom.

Transfer Facilities means, collectively, the Leased Facilities (except for the Pennsylvania Facility), the Mortgaged Facilities (except for the Slidell Facility) and the New Facilities.

Related to Transfer Facilities

  • Transfer facility means any transportation related facility including loading docks, parking areas, storage areas and other similar areas where shipments of hazardous waste are held during the normal course of transportation.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, ice rinks, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.
