Transfer Facilities definition

Transfer Facilities means coal loading facilities which form part of the Private Infrastructure and any alterations, additions and replacements of such facilities made by the Owner from time to time; and
Transfer Facilities means in the case of an FOB delivery, Seller's Facilities, and in the case of an Ex-Ship delivery, Buyer's Facilities.
Transfer Facilities means any coal loading facilities which utilise the Private Infrastructure and any alterations, additions and replacements of such facilities made by the Owner from time to time; TRSA means the Xxxxxxxxx (Xxxx Xxxxxx) 0000 Xxx (Xxx).
