Transfer Equity definition

Transfer Equity. Means the equity interest which the WFOE has the right to request the Existing Shareholders to transfer to it and/or its designated entity and/or individual when the WFOE exercises the Equity Transfer Option according to Article 3 hereof, the number of which may be part or all of the Option Equity and will be determined by the WFOE in its sole discretion according to the current PRC Laws and its own business consideration.
