Transfer by Gift definition

Transfer by Gift means a Voluntary Transfer of all or any portion of the transferor's interest in any of the Shares to or for the benefit of a charitable organization, the guardian of the estate of a Shareholder, an estate planning vehicle, or a natural object of the transferor's bounty, made during the lifetime of the transferor. (CR 1150 at 1279).
Transfer by Gift means, with respect to any Shares, a Voluntary Transfer of all or any portion of the transferor’s interest in those Shares to or for the benefit of a charitable organization or a natural object of the transferor’s bounty for less than adequate consideration, but specifically excluding any Transfer at Death.
