Transfer Bonus means an amount of US$250,000,000 reduced to US$100,000,000, comprised of (i) US$50,000,000 already paid by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Holdings to Gécamines, and (ii) the additional US$50,000,000 to be paid by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Holdings to Gécamines, as provided in Article 4, all as consideration for the transfer of the Property to T.F.M.
