Transfection Supplements definition

Transfection Supplements means the supplement solutions used in the Transfection Medium, as more fully set out in Exhibit 3.
Transfection Supplements means the supplement solution set out in Exhibit 4.

Examples of Transfection Supplements in a sentence

  • Upon termination (but not expiration) of this Agreement, Licensee and its Sublicensees shall promptly destroy all Potelligent® CHOK1SV, Vectors, Transfection Supplements, and all Transfected Cells, as well as all Antibodies, and an officer of Licensee shall provide Licensor with a written certification to such effect.

  • Licensee shall not use the Transfection Supplements, Vectors, Potelligent® CHOK1SV or Licensor IP Rights for any purpose other than that permitted in Section 2.1. Upon transfection, Licensee shall have the right to use the Transfected Cells solely to Research, develop, commercialize, make, have made, use, import, have imported, export, have exported, sell, have sold, offer for sale, and otherwise dispose of Products pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement.

  • Licensee shall not use the Transfection Supplements, Vectors, Potelligent® [***] or Licensor IP Rights for any purpose other than that permitted in Section 2.1. Upon transfection, Licensee shall have the right to use the Transfected Cells solely to Research, develop, commercialize, make, have made, use, import, have imported, export, have exported, sell, have sold, offer for sale, and otherwise dispose of Products pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement.

  • In relation to the Transfection Supplements System, Lonza shall (a) provide Licensee with details of at least one Third Party supplier from whom Licensee will be able to purchase Transfection Supplements, and (b) supply Licensee with the Transfection Supplements Know-How.

  • Upon termination (but not expiration) of this Agreement, Licensee and its Sublicensees shall promptly destroy all Potelligent [***], Vectors, Transfection Supplements, and all Transfected Cells, as well as all Antibodies, and an officer of Licensee shall provide Licensor with a written certification to such effect.

  • Licensee hereby undertakes not to make any modifications or adaptations to the Transfection Supplements, Vectors or Potelligent [***] provided by Licensor under Section 3.1 during the Term of this Agreement except as explicitly provided under this Section 2.7 hereto.

  • In relation to the Transfection Supplements System, Lonza shall (a) provide Licensee with details of at least one third party supplier from whom Licensee will be able to purchase Transfection Supplements, and (b) supply Licensee with the Transfection Supplements Know-How.

Related to Transfection Supplements

  • Transaction Support Agreement means that certain transaction support agreement, dated as of October 20, 2022, by and among the Company, certain of its Subsidiaries and certain holders of its existing Indebtedness (together with all exhibits, annexes and schedules thereto, and as amended, restated, supplemented or replaced, in whole or in part, from time to time).

  • Convention support order means a support order of a tribunal of a foreign country described in section 102(e)(iv).

  • Litigation support means administrative, technical, or professional services provided in support of the Government during or in anticipation of litigation.

  • Application Supported by Blocked Amount means an application, whether physical or electronic, by a Bidder (other than Anchor Investors) to make a Bid and authorising the relevant SCSB to block the Bid Amount in the relevant ASBA Account and will include amounts blocked by SCSBs upon acceptance of UPI Mandate Request made by the UPI Bidders;

  • Friction surface means an interior or exterior surface that is subject to abrasion or friction, including, but not limited to, certain window, floor, and stair surfaces.
