Transactional Communication definition

Transactional Communication means any communication received by the Client or Client Authorized Representative from the Investment Adviser/Investment Adviser's Authorised Person, pertaining to the dealing in Securities.

  • You may also request paper copies of any Electronic Transactional Communication within 14 days of the communication by contacting Snapology at the address provided in your Membership Agreement, but Snapology reserves the right to assess a reasonable fee for providing such paper copies.
