Transaction Time means the time when any transaction of the kind referred to in section 6 takes effect. “Transferee Society” has the meaning given in section 6.1.

A reference to any document referred to in this Agreement, including the Articles of Association of WC plc, is a reference to that document as amended, varied, novated or supplemented from time to time.
