Transaction Time definition

Transaction Time means the time when any transaction of the kind referred to in section 6 takes effect. “Transferee Society” has the meaning given in section 6.1.
Transaction Time the sum of "talk time" plus "wrap up time".

More Definitions of Transaction Time

Transaction Time means the time on the Transaction Closing Date at which the Transaction Closing is completed;

References to “Irish law” means the laws of Ireland as amended from time to time and references to any statutory provision or law shall include any statute or statutory provision which modifies, consolidates, re-enacts or supercedes it from time to time. A reference to any document referred to in this Agreement, including the Articles of Association of WC plc, is a reference to that document as amended, varied, novated or supplemented from time to time.
Transaction Time. This is available upon request.
Transaction Time means the time that the relevant Completed Order was executed.
