Transaction Services Fee definition

Transaction Services Fee means, at any time, the fee charged by the MPF Provider to the MPF Banks for operational support provided by the MPF Provider in connection with Program Loans owned by such MPF Banks. Other terms used herein shall be defined as set forth in this Agreement. Any capitalized term used herein, which is not so defined, shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Guides. The singular shall include the plural as the context may require.
Transaction Services Fee means a transaction fee payable by the Borrower or any Subsidiary to Manager (or an Affiliate of Manager) in connection with an acquisition or sale of any Subsidiary that is otherwise permitted under this Agreement and under the terms of the External Credit Facility.
Transaction Services Fee means, at any time, the fee charged by the MPF Provider to the MPF Banks for Services provided by the MPF Provider in connection with Program Loans owned by such MPF Banks.

Examples of Transaction Services Fee in a sentence

  • The rate and amount of the Transaction Services Fee shall be determined as set forth in the FHLB Guide.

  • Until the MPF Provider’s obligations to provide the Services terminates as provided in Section 13.1(b), such MPF Bank shall continue to pay the Transaction Services Fee for the Services after a termination in accordance with the provisions of the FHLB Guide at the time of such termination.

  • Each MPF Bank shall pay a monthly Transaction Services Fee to the MPF Provider as compensation for the Services to be provided to the MPF Bank.

  • The annual rate for the Transaction Services Fee applicable to a Covered Loan shall apply for the life of the loan.

  • The rate and amount of the Transaction Services Fee shall be determined as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Commencing September 1, 2007, the Boston Bank shall pay a monthly Transaction Services Fee to the MPF Provider as compensation for the Services to be provided to the Boston Bank.


More Definitions of Transaction Services Fee

Transaction Services Fee means a transaction fee payable by a Portfolio Company or an Outside Company to Manager (or an Affiliate of Manager) in connection with an acquisition or sale of such Portfolio Company or Outside Company that is permitted hereunder, or in connection with the consummation of an add-on acquisition by such Portfolio Company or Outside Company that is permitted hereunder. Trust means Compass Diversified Trust, a Delaware statutory trust, together with any other statutory or other trust that hereafter holds Trust Interests (as defined in the Borrower LLC Agreement).
