Transaction Rate Loan definition
Transaction Rate Loan means a Swing Loan to be made as a Transaction Rate Loan pursuant to Section 2.01(b).
Transaction Rate Loan means a Loan which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.12, bears interest at a Transaction Rate.
