Transaction Note definition

Transaction Note means the transaction note to be issued by the Bank to each investor of Structured Notes which are continuously issued Structured Notes, as required under the Fourteenth Schedule of the Securities and Futures (Offers of Investments) (Shares and Debentures) Regulations 2005 or otherwise; and
Transaction Note means the secured promissory note to be issued by Village Farms at Closing in favour of the Company representing the outstanding Purchase Price.
Transaction Note means a statement issued by us containing the particulars of the Transaction entered into or the particulars of the terms of renewal of the Transaction.
