Transaction Incentives definition

Transaction Incentives means all amounts payable to current or former employees of the Company and/or any Subsidiary by way of bonuses, commissions, and other incentives associated with and payable as a result of transactions contemplated under this Agreement.

Examples of Transaction Incentives in a sentence

  • The Company and its Subsidiaries have no obligations to any of its current employees, officers or directors for any bonus, commission or similar incentive associated with and payable as a result of the sale of Shares under this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, except for the Transaction Incentives.
