Transaction Bonus Program definition

Transaction Bonus Program means the transaction bonus portion of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ June 2009 Retention and Transaction Bonus Program, 2010 Transaction Bonuses, and any similar transaction bonus plan or program whether granted under an umbrella bonus plan or pursuant to individual letter agreements, and in all cases as listed on Section 3.12(a) of the Disclosure Schedule as a Plan. The Company will provide to the Purchaser a document setting forth the amounts potentially due under the Transaction Bonus Program not later than two (2) Business Days prior to Closing.
