Transaction Authorisation definition

Transaction Authorisation means any authorisation, permit, licence, consent or approval required by any person or customary for any person to hold in connection with the entry into, performance, validity and enforceability of, and the transactions contemplated by, the Transaction Documents, excluding authorisations agreed not to be delivered under the Transaction Documents. Transaction Documents means the Finance Documents and Related Contracts.
Transaction Authorisation means any of them.
