Transaction Authorisation definition

Transaction Authorisation means any authorisation, permit, licence, consent or approval required by any person or customary for any person to hold in connection with the entry into, performance, validity and enforceability of, and the transactions contemplated by, the Transaction Documents, excluding authorisations agreed not to be delivered under the Transaction Documents. Transaction Documents means the Finance Documents and Related Contracts.
Transaction Authorisation means any of them.
Transaction Authorisation means any authorisation, permit, licence, consent or approval required by the Borrower (including under Environmental Law) for the entry into, performance, validity and enforceability of, and the transactions contemplated by, the Borrower Documents or to otherwise implement the Project or to ensure that the Borrower Documents governed by Italian law are admissible in evidence in Italy.
