Transaction amounts definition

Transaction amounts means the number of shares sold plus the number of shares bought, i.e., sells do not offset buys.
Transaction amounts means the full value of a Transaction between the User and the Merchant without any deduction of the MDR or otherwise the actual amount paid by the User to the Merchant in respect of a Transaction; and
Transaction amounts means all sums held by any Transaction Counterparties to meet payments due by the Issuer under the Transaction Agreements and all sums derived from the Assets and the Swap Agreements or received in connection with the issue of the Notes.
