Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;
Restricted Territories means (i) Cuba, Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the territory of Crimea/Sevastopol; and (ii) any other country or territory that is subject to sanctions by the United Kingdom, the European Union, the U.S., United Nations or elsewhere.
Competing Organization means any person or organization engaged in, or with definitive plans to become engaged in, research or development, production, distribution, marketing or selling of a Competing Product.
Competitively Sensitive Information means non-public information and data specific to a utility customer which the utility acquired or developed in the course of its provision of utility services. This includes, without limitation, information about which customers have or have not chosen to opt out of community choice aggregation service. (See D.97-12-088, App. A, Part I.D.)
Conflicting Organization means any person or organization that is engaged in or about to become engaged in research on or development, production, marketing or selling of a Conflicting Product.
