TransACT Network definition

TransACT Network means the telecommunications system owned and operated by TransACT, by which the Service is made available and provided to you; and
TransACT Network means the telecommunications system owned and operated by TransACT, by which the Service is made available and provided to the End User; and
TransACT Network means the telecommunications system comprising all links, cables, radio, microwave and other transmission media and equipment, switches, software and related items owned and operated by us to make available and provide the Services. Transfer means to move your phone number from one Carrier or Carriage Service Provider to another.

  • The End User must comply with any reasonable instruction given by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to prevent Unauthorised Traffic from being used in respect of the Service or it entering the TransACT Network.

  • You acknowledge and accept that because we are still in the process of constructing the TransACT Network, we may not be able to connect some Services within the timeframes specified in the CSG.


More Definitions of TransACT Network

TransACT Network means the telecommunications system comprising all links, cables, radio, microwave and other transmission media and equipment, switches, software and related items owned and operated by us (including the TransACT Skydata Network) to make available and provide the Services. TransACT Skydata Network means the TransACT telecommunications system which is based on radio transmission. us / we / our means TransACT Capital Communications Pty Limited (ABN 23 093 966 888) and includes our Related Bodies Corporate, employees, agents and contractors. you / your means jointly and severally the person or persons named in the Application who request the Services or who otherwise acquire the Services.
TransACT Network means the telecommunications system comprising all links, cables, radio, microwave and other transmission media and equipment, switches, software and related items owned and operated by TransACT Capital to make available and provide the Network Service; TransACT Service may include the Network Service and the Support Services, as defined in the applicable Service Schedule; TransACT Site Operating Procedures means the manual which is provided by TransACT Capital to its customers that describes the administrative and physical procedures to be followed, and the use of the security controls that have been put in place, to regulate access to the secure telehousing facility at the Site.

Related to TransACT Network

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Mobile Network means the network facilities and/or network services comprising the public cellular network for the provision of Call Communications.

  • Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.

  • Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan.
