Tranche N Debenture definition
Tranche N Debenture means a fifteenth Debenture in the initial principal amount of US$15,000,000 to be issued and delivered by the Issuer and paid for by the Purchaser in the amount of the Tranche N Subscription Amount on the Tranche N Closing Date, in the form attached as Appendix A to this Agreement;
