Tranche E Notes means the Issuer’s Series 48 Tranche E USD 40,000,000 Equity Floating Rate Portfolio Credit Linked Secured Notes due 2012.

Tranche E Notes means collectively, the promissory notes made by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in favor of the Tranche E Lenders in an aggregate principal amount equal to the Total Tranche E Commitment, substantially in the form of Exhibit H-2, as the same may be amended, replaced, substituted and/or restated from time to time.

Tranche E Notes means the promissory notes provided for by Section 2.06(d) hereof substantially in the form of Appendix A-8 hereto and all promissory notes delivered in substitution or exchange therefor.

Examples of Tranche E Notes in a sentence

  • The Notes shall be delivered to each Lender for the benefit of such Lender on or before the Closing Date (or with respect to Tranche E Notes, on or before the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date), appropriately completed.
